Indian Navy has released the admit cards for the Matric Recruit (MR) 2021 recruitment drive on the official website joinindiannavy.gov.in. Admit cards, however, have only been released for the shortlisted candidates. Shortlisted candidates are now expected to appear for the Enrollment Medical Examination at INS Chilka. Candidates have been shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the written exam as well as the Physical Fitness Test (PFT). These candidates must have scored equal to or above the cut-off marks to be eligible for the next session. Interestingly, however, the cut-off marks differ depending on the state.
The Indian Navy MR 2021 admit cards have been released on the official website joinindiannavy.gov.in. To download their call letters, candidates must log in to the official website with the help of their User ID and Password. After successfully logging in, candidates must check the application status in their dashboard to see if they have been shortlisted or not. If the shortlisting status has been highlighted in green, that particular candidate has been qualified for the next round.
If they have been shortlisted for the next round of the Indian Navy MR 2021 recruitment drive, candidates can download their call letters. If they have not been shortlisted, the same will be mentioned in their application status. Below this specification, the Indian Navy will have also specified the state cut-off.

As evident in the table above, the Indian Navy MR 2021 cut-off percentage exceeds 90% in the case of most states. In fact, for some states, the cut-offs even cross the 95% mark. Only in the case of Odisha is the percentage below 90%.
Every year, the Indian Navy conducts the recruitment drive, inviting applications to unmarried male candidates as sailors for Matric Recruits (MR). The recruitment drive comprises of three important stages – 1. Written examination, 2. Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and 3. Medical examination at INS Chilka. While the first two stages are conducted on the same day, the medical exam is only conducted for shortlisted candidates. Shortlisting is done on the basis of performance in the written exam.
