The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has released an official notification for the recruitment of Consultant. Candidates interested in the recruitment can download the official notification from icsi.edu. Only 01 posts are announced for the recruitment of a consultant post. Aspirants are shortlisted on a contractual basis. Applications for the announced post commences from July 24, 2020, onwards. Eligible candidates can submit their application form on or before the last date, August 09, 2020.
Candidates are appointed for a short tenure of 01 years. The period of their service may get extended up to 02 years on the basis of their performance and the requirement for the post. After shortlisting, candidates are posted at Delhi/Noida. During this tenure, they receive Rs. 33000 as per month salary.
To apply for the post of consultant, candidates should have a PG degree in law. They must have minimum 01 years of relevant work experience to be eligible for the post. Candidates age must not exceed that of 35 years as on July 01, 2020. Computer proficiency such as Microsoft Office, Graphics, Accounting, Internet, Email, is necessary for the post of Consultant.

Based on the eligibility of the candidates, a limited number of candidates are called for the interview round. The shortlisting of aspirants depends on the number of factors such as vacancies available, the performance of candidates, and others. Qualifying marks are fixed based on which candidates are selected for interviews. The schedule including the date, time, venue of the interview is conveyed to candidates through the registered email address and the ICSI official website. Original educational qualification and other relevant documents are required for an interview.
