Board of School Education, (BSEH) Haryana has finally released the HTET IRIS Biometric Verification 2021-2022 list on the official website, bseh.org.in. The candidates whose names appear in the HTET biometric list now stand a chance to go for the IRIS verification expected to be held from January 20 to 23, 2022. As per a notice released by the BSEH, the verification is going to be held in around 22 districts.
BSEH has released the candidate’s name list along with other details such as HTET paper level number, roll number, and parent’s details. The board has also released the center name list for the successful candidates on the basis of the district names. Candidates will be required to appear for verification from the same center. It has also been notified that applicants have to carry the HTET admit card along with government-issued ID proof. The lists have been updated on the official site at bseh.org.in.

The HTET examination was held on December 22 and 23, 2021 in two shifts each day. IRIS Biometric is the second round of the selection process and it is done to avoid any malpractice of the examination. The board has a policy as per which it captures the biometric data for candidates during the examination time. With the help of this second round, it just cross-checks if the data is matching or not for the successful candidates.
Candidates whose data matches are considered successful and called for the next round i.e. document verification whereas those who fail are provided some more chances failing to which they are debarred from the selection process. In this way, the complete selection process is made more transparent and safe for candidates aiming to become a teacher someday.
Once the document verification for all the successful candidates is over, the HTET will prepare the final result with the names of the candidates who have qualified the examination and stand an eligibility to receive the HTET certificate from the concerned board.
