The online application form for Haryana Teacher’s Eligibility Test or HTET 2021 has been released by the Board of School Education, Haryana. With the commencement of the application process, interested candidates can now apply for the exam via haryanatet.in. According to the information bulletin, the last date to submit online applications is November 25, 2021. The examination dates for HTET 2021 are December 18 and 19, 2021.

HTET 2021 application form must be carefully filled by the candidates. In case of any error, there are chances that the application might get rejected. So, here are five mistakes that one should avoid while filling the HTET 2021 application form.

#1. There are three levels for which HTET 2021 will be conducted. Level 1 is PRT or Primary Teacher (classes 1 to 5), Level 2 is TGT or Trained Graduate Teacher (classes 6 to 8) while Level 3 is PGT or Postgraduate Teacher. However, each of these levels has different eligibility requirements. Hence, before applying online, one must ensure that they satisfy the same.

#2. The applications for HTET 2021 will have to be submitted online only and via haryanatet.in. Candidates cannot submit applications via any other means. Applications received via fax, email, letter, etc. will not be accepted.

#3. Candidates can only submit one application for a particular teaching level. In case someone submits more than one application for the same level, then their application and eligibility will be canceled.

#4. While uploading photograph and signature, one must ensure that these documents are the latest and have 60% visibility against a white background. The required dimensions for the photo are 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm whereas the file size should be between 25 kb to 50 kb. Nonetheless, it must be ensured that the scanned image does not exceed 100 kb. Similarly, the dimension for signature is 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm while the file size should be between 10 kb to 50 kb.

#5. The thumb impression must be that of the left thumb. It must be put on white paper with a blue or black stamp pad. It must be given only by the candidate and not by anyone else. The preferred dimensions are 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm while the file size should be between 10 kb to 50 kb.

There are four important stages in the online application. Candidates will first have to fill up the application form, upload images, pay the required application fee and download the confirmation page. All these steps are important and one cannot skip any of them.
