The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has announced the results for the Himachal Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test or HP TET 2021. The examination was conducted on specific dates starting from November 13 to 28, 2021. Candidates who have appeared for the examination can now check their results from the official website hpbose.org. A total of 6584 candidates have qualified for HP TET 2021 out of 44334 applying ones.
To download the official results, candidates can follow the steps given below.
Step 1- Go to the official website of HPBOSE at hpbose.org
Step 2- Click on ‘TET (NOV-2021)’ from the options available
Step 3- A new page will open where the candidate has to click on the link under the ‘Description’
Step 4- On the page that opens, enter either the roll number or application number
Step 5- Click on the ‘Search’ button and check the results.

It must be noted that the results have been declared for TGT (Arts), Shastri, TGT (Non-Medical), L.T, JBT, TGT (Medical), Punjabi, and Urdu. A total of 44334 candidates have applied for HP TET 2021 out of which 38704 candidates have appeared. After the results were declared, it turned out that a total of 6584 candidates have passed the examination and the number of failed candidates stands at 32120. The results for HP TET 2021 have been prepared according to the final answer key that was drafted after reviewing the objections submitted by the examinees. These objections were then reviewed by subject experts with reference to the answers recorded in the provisional answer key that was issued earlier. There is no negative marking in the case of HP TET 2021. For every correct answer, 01 mark has been awarded. Using this scheme, the final results have been prepared and published. The minimum qualifying marks for candidates belonging to the unreserved category is 60% while that for SC, OBC, PH and ST categories is 55%. The qualified candidates will be issued the HP TET 2021 certificate using which they can apply for teaching jobs. The certificate will be valid for lifetime.
