The online application process for the upcoming IBPS PO recruitment exam is now live on the official website of the IBPS, ibps.in. The application process for recruitment of Probationary Officers (PO), by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) started on October 20, 2021. Applicants interested in this position must apply for the examination before November 10, 2021. IBPS has proposed to fill 4,135 vacancies through this enrollment examination. Preliminary and Mains exams of IBPS PO 2021 are scheduled to be held on December 4, December 11, 2021, and January 22, 2022, respectively. Step 1: First and foremost, applicants should visit the official website of IBPS ibps.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the ‘CRP PO/MT’ tab mentioned on the left side of the page
Step 3: Applicants will be redirected to the next page, where they must click on ‘Common Recruitment Process for Probationary Officers/Management trainees’
Step 4: On the landing page, click on ‘Click here to apply for Common Recruitment Process for Probationary Officers/Management trainees’
Step 5: Applicants must register themselves first, and then proceed with the completion of application procedures
Step 6: Candidates should fill in all their personal details carefully. Documents should be uploaded in the required format as mentioned in the brochure released by IBPS for Bank PO post
Step 7: Recheck all the details and submit the application form
As mentioned earlier, the Preliminary examination of IBPS PO assessment is scheduled to be held on December 4 and December 11, 2021. Soon after the prelims exam is over, IBPS will declare the prelims result tentatively around December 2021 or January 2022. Subsequently, candidates who qualify for the prelims exam become eligible to appear for the Mains exam scheduled to be held on January 22, 2022.
An applicant must have attained 20 years of age to apply for the IBPS PO post. The upper age limit set for all the general category candidates is 30 years as of October 1, 2021. Reserved category applicants get relaxation in this age gap as per the rules set by the examination commission. Every applicant has to clear each phase of the examination in order to get recruited by one of the participating banks in the IBPS PO exam. Candidates applying for the Bank PO posts must have completed their graduation in any discipline from a recognised university or have any equivalent qualification recognised by the Government of India.
