Chhindwara Institute of Medical Sciences, Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh is inviting applications in the prescribed proforma to fill up various vacancies as directed by Directorate of Health Services, Government of Madhya Pradesh. A detailed recruitment notification is published at the official website of the institution i.e. govtmedicalcollegechhindwara.com in this regard. As per the notice, 106 vacancies are available for various medical, paramedical & other posts. The last date of forwarding applications through email is July 31, 2020, following which, walk-in interviews are scheduled to be conducted from Monday to Friday through video calling.
As per the vacancy distribution advertised through the official recruitment notification, the vacancies are available for posts such as Medical Officer, Lab Technician, Scientist, Sweeper, Guard, etc. There are 15 vacancies available for the post of Specialist. 20 openings are available for the post of Medical Officer and 09 vacancies are available for the post of Lab Technician. There are 03 vacancies available for the post of Scientist-C (Non-Clinical) and 03 vacancies for the post of Scientist-B (Non-Clinical). 05 vacancies are available for the post of Lab Attendant (24-hour RTPCR Lav). In addition, 15 vacancies are available for the post of Ward Boy (COVID-19 Bed), 24 vacancies are available for the post of Sweeper (COVID-19 Bed) and 12 vacancies are available for the post of Guard (COVID-19 Bed).
Candidates with a MD Medicine/Anesthesia qualification are eligible to apply for the post of Specialist. MBBS degree holders registered with Madhya Pradesh Medical Council are eligible to apply for the post of Medical Officer. Those who have 02 years DMLT certificate in Pathology or other similar/equivalent qualification are eligible to apply for the post of Lab Technician. Candidates having Ph.D in Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Molecular Biochemistry/Life Science are eligible to apply for the posts of Scientist-C. First Class Master’s degree holders in relevant subjects are eligible to apply for the post of Scientist-B. Class 12 pass candidates with Biology as a subject are eligible to apply for the post of Lab Attendant while Class 12 pass candidates in any stream are eligible to apply for the post of Guard. Candidates who have passed Class 8 are eligible to apply for the posts of Ward Boy & Sweeper.
The selection of eligible applicants is to be done through the walk-in interviews scheduled to be conducted as indicated in the official notification from Monday to Friday following the last date of forwarding applications. Selected candidates are appointed for a period of 03 months only which may or may not be further extended. Specialists are entitled to receive a monthly salary of rs 1.25 or 1.10 lac depending on qualification. Medical Officers are entitled to a monthly salary of Rs 60,000 while Lab Technicians are entitled to a monthly salary of Rs 15000. Scientist-C & B post holders are entitled to monthly salary of Rs 70,000 & 60,000 respectively.
