GAIL (India) Limited has released an official notification for General Manager(HR) and General Chief Manager (Law) recruitment. The application forms have been released on the official website of GAIL (India) Limited i.e. gailonline.com. The last date to fill and submit the application form is July 29, 2021. There are a total of 10 vacancies for the General Manager (HR) post and one vacancy for the Chief General Manager (Law) at GAIL (India) Limited.
General/EWS/OBC-NCL candidates applying for vacancies have to pay the application fee of Rs 200. On the other hand, candidates from SC/ST/PwBD category are exempted from paying the application fee. After selection, candidates will be paid Rs. 1,20,000- Rs 2,80,000 per month for General Chief Manager (Law) post and Rs. 90,000-Rs.2,40,000 per month for Chief Manager (HR) post.

The candidates who have a graduate degree in any discipline with minimum qualifying marks of 50% and bachelor degree in LLB (3 years) with 50% marks or have 5 years integrated LLB degree with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible to apply for the General Chief Manager (Law) post. Candidates who have bachelor degrees with 65% minimum marks and two years of MBA/MSW or PG Diploma in specializations such as Personnel Management or Industrial Relations or Human Resource Management are eligible to apply for General Manager (HR). Candidates are advised to read the detailed notification available on the official website to know the eligibility criteria in detail.
The maximum age limit to apply for Chief General Manager (Law) post is 52 years for general category candidates whereas the maximum age limit to apply for General Manager (HR) post is 40 years for general category candidates. Along with it, to get eligible to apply for the General Chief Manager (Law) post, candidates should have at least 24 years of experience. For the General Manager (HR) post, candidates should have at least 12 years of post-qualification executive experience.
Depending upon the number of applicants, GAIL (India) Limited will shortlist the candidates in a single or multiple stage selection process. The candidates who have successfully submitted the application form will only be considered for the final selection round. Shortlisted candidates will be liable for getting the variables based on their performance, apart from the salary.
