The Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) has started admissions for the academic session 2021-22 for its full-time and part-time courses. The eligible candidates can apply for DSEU admissions 2021-22 for diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate courses at dseu.ac.in. The last date to apply for diploma courses is July 27 and whereas, for the degree courses, the registration window will close on August 10, 2021.
To register for DSEU 2021 admission, students require to visit the official website- dseuonline.in and register to the Centralized portal for admission. They will have to fill their admission application form for desired courses and submit the details. On successful submission of registration details, they will be issued a confirmation message. After clicking on the activation link received in the email, their account will be activated. Making a payment of the application fees, they can complete the DSEU online admission application process.
Candidates can only apply online and there is no other medium to submit the form. The editing window for diploma courses can be accessed from August 4 to 8, 2021. Whereas, the editing window for degree curses will remain open from August 10 to 15, 2021.
The university is offering 15 diploma courses, 18 undergraduate courses, and 2 postgraduate courses, across 13 campuses in Delhi. DSEU has also launched 11 flagship skill-based undergraduate courses, BCA and six B.Tech courses for its inaugural batch. It will admit a total of 6,000 students in its diploma, degree and PG level courses for the admission session 2021-22.
Admission in diploma full-time courses will be granted based on a Common Entrance Test (CET) by DSEU. Whereas, admission in part-time and lateral entry diploma courses will be granted based on merit. Admission to UG courses will also be merit-based. However, for admission in UG engineering courses, DSEU will use JEE Main rank / score and admission will be done via JAC Delhi. As for admission in PG courses, MCA admission will be done as per merit on the basis of NIMCET score. Admission in M.Tech will be granted through GATE.
The Common Entrance Test will be held on August 08, 2021, and the score will be published from August 09 to 13, 2021. Once the scores have been published the candidates will be able to submit a preference for a diploma or degree course between July 28 to August 16, 2021. Round 1 seat allotment is due from August 17 to 19, 2021.
To ease the process, the university has also launched helpline numbers – 18003093209 for admission and relevant queries and 01141169950 for technical assistance in filling the application form. Apart from these, there has been set up of admission counselling rooms in all institutes, social media platforms, virtual walk-in helpdesk, etc.

Candidates should have passed class 10th or equivalent for the diploma courses. Whereas, for lateral entry diploma courses, they should possess class 12th certificate from a recognized board. For undergraduate courses (except B.Tech), they should have class 12th (or equivalent) with minimum 50% marks. For B.Tech, candidates should have 60% or more marks in an aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and have passed English as a subject of study at the class 12th. A JEE Main 2021 rank is also required for B.Tech admission at DSEU. The detailed eligibility criteria is also published on the official website -dseuonline.in.
Students enrolling for the undergraduate programs (except B.Tech) are required to take an interest profiling test – Personality, Entrepreneurial Mindset and General Ability Test – to help them choose the course they are most suited for, the University Vice-Chancellor said.
Delhi Skill Entrepreneurship University aims to equip students with world-class skill education to enable access to aspirational jobs and inculcate entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurship. DSEU shall create a win-win for the youth and the industry by filling the existing gaps in skill training.
