Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB) is looking for eligible candidates for the post of Junior Engineer in Civil and Electric discipline. The conducting body has also released a notification in this regard online at delhishelterboard.in. Moreover, the recruitment is announced for the 100 vacancies. Experienced professionals can submit their applications online from December 14, 2020. The last date to apply for DUSIB recruitment is December 23, 2020, by 06:00 PM.
Out of the total 100 vacancies, DUSIB has announced 85 vacancies for Junior Engineer Civil and 15 for Junior Engineer Electric. Shortlisted candidates will be posted in Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board office. However, the appointment is on contractual basis for one year. During this period, they will get a monthly remuneration of Rs. 35400/- plus dearness allowance.
DUSIB Junior Engineer Recruitment 2020 Detailed Notification
Candidates who possess the educational qualification on or before the date of the advertisement are eligible to apply against the post advertised. Candidates who possess Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil engineering with 50% marks from a recognized university can submit their applications for Junior Engineer Civil. Those who have a Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university can apply for Junior Engineer Electrical Posts. Provided they have secured minimum 50% marks in their Degree/ Diploma. Also, they should have a minimum of 02 years of work experience.
To apply for the DUSIB recruitment candidates have to log on to the website, delhishelterboard.in. While applying, applicants should ensure that their name, father’s name, date of birth, email id, mobile number are correctly entered. Also, the candidate can apply for only one application against the advertisement. Once candidates are done with filling the application form, they should take a print out of the same for future reference.
While applying, candidates also have to upload certain documents in support of their eligibility. They have to upload date of birth proof, scanned copy of the caste/ category certificate as applicable certificate regarding Degree/ Diploma in Civil/ Electric. Also, candidates have to upload scanned copies of the photograph and signature.
Candidates will be shortlisted for the posts based on the qualification, experience and interview. Criteria for Educational qualification carries 70 marks. Applications have to secure minimum 50% marks in the academic qualification scrutiny round to appear for the interview. Those candidates who have prior work experience get the extra marks for the same. Shortlisted candidates have to appear for an interview conducted for 20 marks. The final selection list will be out on the official website of DUSIB.
