NDA 2018: NDA 1 Admit Card 2018 Released; Exam On 22 April

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will be conducting NDA 2018 examination on April 22, 2018. The candidates who registered for the exam can download their admit card. It is available online, on http://www.upsc.gov.in. Candidates appearing for the exam must also check all the important instructions as well.

Those who have not download the UPSC NDA 1 Admit Card 2018 can do so by visting the official website and clicking on “Admit Card” tab on the extreme bottom right of the screen: download here. The candidates will be able to download the admit card either by entering registration number and date of birth or by submitting roll number and date of birth.

The admit card is to be carried in a printed format. Candidates should get it printed on a clean A-$ sheet and carry it in a good condition on the exam day.

The candidates facing troubles while downloading the admit card can try enabling Javascript on the browser or cleaning the cache. Once the admit card has been downloaded, the candidates should ensure all the details on it is correct. If any discrepancy is noticed then the candidates need to send an e-mail at [email protected] Do not forget to mention your Name, Roll Number, Registration ID and Name and Year of the Examination in all the correspondence with UPSC.

The candidates will have to carry admit card on the exam day. However, along with it, the candidates also need to carry – a) printout of the instruction page. b) a valid photo identity (ID) proof. c) two passport size photographs

The photo ID and photographs are to be carried by those candidates whose photograph on the admit card is not clear. A valid photo ID can be Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, Passport, Voter I Card. The passport size photograph is to be carried separately for each session, hence, two are required.

Candidates have to report at the exam hall 20 minutes before the examination. It is important to reach the exam hall a little early so that the entry formalities can be done in time. The morning session will begin at 10:00 am and the afternoon session will start from 2:00 pm. Once the exam starts, no candidate will be allowed to enter the exam hall.

The candidates must make sure that they only carry the required documents to the exam hall. The candidates must not carry any paper material, books, bags, mobile, calculator, gadgets, etc to the exam hall. The candidates caught with any of these items shall harm the candidature.

The candidates should only sit in the allocated seat. Once settled, they must wait for the invigilator to take attendance and verify the admit card. The invigilator will provide NDA question paper and OMR sheet few minutes before the exam. The seal of the booklet is only to be broken when signaled by the invigilator. Until then, the candidates have to match the Test Booklet Series Code on the question paper and OMR and write their roll number, name, etc on it. If the booklet code does not match, inform the invigilator.

The candidates must only mark the answers on OMR sheet with a Black Ball Point Pen. On the OMR, candidates will have to darken the complete circle. Make sure that you are marking the correct response, because there is no way to redo it. Also, the answers marked with pencile will not be considered.
