According to the video uploaded on the official YouTube channel of Dr. Bhatia Medical Coaching Institute (DBMCI), NEET PG 2021 new dates will be announced after June 01, 2021. As per the video this update has been received by DBMCI. However, as per the official notice by National Board of Examinations (NBE), the new dates of NEET PG 2021 will be announced after reviewing the situation later.
In the video uploaded on the YouTube channel of DBMCI, it has been said that they have reportedly received the update that the decision of when the NEET PG 2021 will not be take before June 01, 2021. However,they have not quoted the source of this piece of information.

As per the official notice by NBE, 2 points have been announced for the postponement of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post-Graduation (NEET PG) 2021:
First, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Govt of India vide its letter no. V.11025/215/2020-MEP(FTS-8079808) dated 15.04.2021 has directed that in light of the present situation of COVID-19 pandemic and taking into account the safety and well-being of the students, the conduct of NEET-PG 2021 examination scheduled to be held on 18th of April 2021 be postponed.
Second, the next date of NEET-PG 2021 examination would be announced after reviewing the situation later.

Another point to be noted is that, NBE had released NEET PG 2021 admit card on April 13, 2021. However now the exam date has been postponed. Therefore new admit card for NEET PG 2021 will be released for the new exam date. Candidates need to visit the page again in order to download NEET PG admit card for the new exam date as soon as the NEET PG 2021 admit card download link gets activated at nbe.edu.in and natboard.edu.in, at applicant login.
