National Testing Agency (NTA) successfully conducted the CSIR NET 2022 examination today, February 16, 2022, for two subjects – 1. Mathematical Sciences and 2. Chemical Sciences. Exam for the first subject was conducted in shift 1 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. In shift 2 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, exam for Chemical Sciences was organized.
The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research National Eligibility Test (CSIR NET) 2022 examination was conducted today through the selected centers across the country. Since the paper was entirely objective in nature, candidates are waiting for the official answer key. However, NTA will take some time to release their official draft on csirnet.nta.nic.in. Till that time, candidates can take a look at the analysis and answer key released by educators and subject-matter experts.
CSIR NET 2022 Mathematical Science Analysis & Answer Key
According to most candidates, today’s CSIR NET 2022 Mathematical Science paper was moderate in terms of the level of difficulty. The paper was divided into three sections of varying difficulty i.e., Section A, Section B, and Section C. While part B was difficult, the remaining two were comparatively simpler.
Section A comprised of questions pertaining to General Aptitude. While some were straightforward and simple to solve, the remaining required a candidate to exploit his/her critical thinking capacity.
Some candidates did find today’s CSIR NET 2022 paper average but lengthy. Although they found the General Aptitude section easy, section B covering mathematical questions was considerably difficult.
