CSIR NET 2022 Earth Sciences (29 Jan) Question Paper, Answer Key, Analysis, Expected Cut Off Out – Check Details

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has successfully conducted the first day of CSIR NET 2022 examination today, i.e. January 29, 2022. The examination held today was scheduled for Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences. Candidates had to appear for the examination in the second shift or shift 2. However, right after the conclusion of the examination, candidates seem to be looking for the answer keys.

As seen from the private websites and YouTube, the availability of unofficial answer keys is scarce. Moreover, the official answer keys have not been released yet and will be available in due time. NTA will release question paper, answer key for all exams together.

When will the official answer keys be released by NTA?

In 2020, the CSIR NET June examinations culminated on November 26, 2020 but the answer keys along with the marked responses were released on December 03, 2020. This means that there are chances for the official answer keys to be available within 07 days from the last date of the exam.

The examinations for the ongoing session of CSIR NET 2022 will end on February 17, 2022. As such, the answer keys for all the subjects including Earth Science are likely to be available by February 24, 2022. If not, then one can expect the official answer keys by the last or last second week of February, 2022.

Please note that these answer keys are provisional in nature. Candidates will be provided with the facility to challenge questions or send any representation with adequate proof. However, to download the answer keys as and when they are released, one needs to log in at csirnet.nta.nic.in and use necessary credentials like application number and date of birth.

CSIR NET Earth Sciences Expected and Previous Year cut-off

NTA will release the cut-off with results. However, the cut-off is different for different courses and categories. These cut-off percentages are based on sources. Please note that these are the final cut-off marks. There is also a minimum bench mark of 33% for the general category students and 25% for SC, ST and PWD categories for both fellowship and lectureship.
