CSIR NET 2021 is a national-level exam conducted for the Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor in various Science subjects. The National Testing Agency(NTA) conducts CSIR NET 2021 through the online mode. NTA will release the notification on the official website i.e. csirnet.nta.nic.in and it is expected to be released soon. The exam is most likely to be held in the third week of December 2021.
The exam of CSIR NET 2021 is expected to be held in the third week of December 2021. In 2020 the exam was held on 03 Dec 2020. In 2019, it was held on 15 Dec 2019. In 2018 the exam was held on 16 Dec 2018, while in 2017 it was held on 17 Dec 2017. In 2016, it was held on 18 Dec 2016.
The CSIR NET 2021 application form could be released in the last week of October 2021. Interested candidates can follow these steps to apply for the same. Visit the official website i.e. csirnet.nta.nic.in. Now Click on “New Registration”. Click on the registration link and fill in all the details mentioned there. A registration number and password will be sent to your mail. Login through it and proceed with the application form, fill in the rest of the details and upload a scanned photograph and signature and the documents required. Pay the application fees online. A confirmation message will be sent to you.
Upload the photograph and signature in JPG format. The size of the photograph should be between 10-200 KB. The size of the signature should be 4-30 KB. The photograph should be clearly visible and should be a scanned and coloured one. The signature should be signed on white paper with a blue/black ball pen. The application fees for General is Rs 1000/-, for OBC is Rs 500/-, for SC/ST is Rs 250/- and for Pwd is Nil.
The Application Form date may start in the last week of October 2021 and maybe end in the 4th week of November 2021. The correction window may open as soon as the registration ends and will be available for 6-7 days for making any correction. The admit card will be released in the 1st week of December.
CSIR NET 2021 is an exam which is conducted to recruit lecturers in the Science & Technology subjects. It is conducted twice a year in June and December. It is divided into five subjects- Chemical Sciences, Earth Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, and Physical Sciences. The time allotted is 3 hours for every subject. The marks are 200 for every subject. In Chemical Sciences the number of questions is 120. In Earth Sciences. The number of questions is 150. In Life Sciences, the number of questions is 145. In Mathematical Sciences, the no of questions is 120, and in Physical Sciences, the no of questions is 145.
