CGVYAPAM has conducted the CG TET 2020-2021 paper 1 exam today on January 9, 2022, from 9:30 am to 12:15 pm. The next paper, i.e. paper 2, will be held from 2 pm to 4:45 pm. Now that paper 1 is over, candidates are searching for CG TET 2022 paper 1 answer key, which are released by teachers and educators across the country.
Clarification on the exam name, before moving ahead – Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, Raipur is conducting the CG TET examination. It may be noted that the exam held today is for the CG TET 2020-21 exam. However since the exam events happened last year, some candidates refer to this as CG TET 2021, and as the exam date was today, some candidates refer to it as CG TET 2022. Nevertheless in actuality, the exam is officially the CG TET 2020.

The Chhattisgarh Teacher Eligibility Test (CGTET) comprise of two papers – Paper 1 and Paper 2. The former is meant for those candidates who wish to teacher Class 1-5.
Given the objective nature of CG TET 2022 paper 1, candidates are eagerly waiting for the answer key to come out. While CGVYAPAM will take a few days’ time to release their official answer key. In the meantime, candidates can take a look at the unofficial answer keys uploaded by educators and teachers online.

The CG TET 2022 Paper 1 unofficial answer key will be available in the next few minutes on YouTube. In such videos, the educator will discuss the paper and specify the right option for each question. Hence, candidates can keep a notepad and pen handy for jotting down the right options. Later on, they can compare these answers with their responses to calculate a tentative score.
Calculate score using CG TET 2022 Paper 1 Answer Key
Calculating a CG TET 2022 tentative score is important to determine the chances of qualifying the examination. A candidate will be able to compare this tentative score to the cut-offs to calculate those chances. Hence, candidates will be to predict the outcome even before the results come out.

CG TET 2022 Paper 1 Exam Pattern and Marking Scheme
The CG TET 2020-2021 exam held on 8 Jan 2022 Paper 1 was held for a duration of 2.5 hours or 150 minutes. The paper was held through the offline mode and covered a total of 5 subjects – Child Development and Pedagogy, Language-I, Language-II, Mathematics and Environmental Studies. The entire paper covered multiple-choice questions (MCQs) with each question being allotted 1 mark. However, for each incorrect response, no marks will be deducted.
The state education board will also be conducting the CG TET 2022 Paper 2 today, from 2:00 pm to 4:45 pm. This exam will be held for those candidates who wish to teach Class 6-8. While the format and type of questions will remain the same, Paper 2 will be slightly more difficult than Paper 1 since the former covers a higher standard syllabus compared to Paper 1.
