The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani has revised the examination dates for BITSAT 2022. Candidates who have registered for the exam can now check the revised dates for sessions 1 and 2 from the official website – bitsadmission.com. It must be noted that the dates have been pushed back nearly by a month. Despite the change in dates, the online application process is still going on and one can complete the process by June 10 for either the first or both sessions.
BITSAT 2022 Dates Changed
Initially, the examination was supposed to be held from June 20 to 26, 2022 for the first session and July 22 to 26, 2022 for the second session. However, these dates have been altered and the revised dates are given below. It must be noted that these dates are tentative and may get changed if the situation requires.

Candidates must note that the hall tickets for session 1 are going to be released on June 25 and will be available till the exam date. Similarly, for session 2, the hall tickets are going to be released on July 31 and will be available till the examination date. Prior to downloading the BITSAT 2022 hall tickets, the test center allotment will be done and candidates have to reserve the test date and slot.
About BITSAT 2022
BITSAT 2022 is a computer-based online test for admissions to integrated first-degree programmes at the BITS Pilani campuses in Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad. Each session of the exam will be held for a total duration of 03 hours without any breaks. There are four parts to a session and the overall pattern is MCQ-based. There is no such time limit for individual parts of the test.
Each question will have four answers and the candidate has to select the correct one. For every correct answer, 03 marks will be given and for every incorrect answer, 01 mark will be deducted. However, no marks will be awarded to questions that have not been attempted. A total of 130 questions will be asked in the exam and the division is as per the table given below.
