Bharat Electronics Limited is inviting applications on the prescribed proforma from adequately qualified candidates for the engagement of 09 Management Industrial Trainees (Finance) in 2020. The leading Navaratna Defence Public Sector Enterprise has published a detailed advertisement in this regard at the official website i.e. bel-india.in. Eligible and intending candidates are encouraged to apply on the format provided on or before December 25, 2020. Selection of the eligible applicants will be done on the basis of merit only.
As per the detailed advertisement published by BEL, there are 09 vacancies available for engagement of Management Industrial Trainees in the Finance discipline. The vacancies are available for the in Ghaziabad (UP) unit. Selected candidates will be engaged for an initial period of 01 years although the training can be extended by another year subject to the candidate’s performance. During the first year, candidates will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs 10000 while during the second year, the stipend will increase to Rs 12000. In addition, one day of casual cum sick leave will be provided every month.
Candidates must read the advertisement by visiting the website and ensure that they fulfil the specified minimum eligibility criterion. Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply for this engagement. The maximum age limit is also fixed at 25 years as on December 31, 2020. However, OBC, SC/ST and PWD candidates are eligible for relaxations as per government norms in vogue. In order to apply, candidates must have passed Class 12 under the 10+2 pattern following which, they must have completed a 3 years Under Graduate degree and then obtained CA(Intermediate) or ICWA (Intermediate) qualification.
Selection of the eligible applicants is to be done on the basis of merit only. For this, the final percentage of marks obtained by the candidates in the CA(Intermediate) or ICWA (Intermediate) as applicable will be considered. Selected candidates will be called to attend the document verification state and joining through intimation by email. Candidates are required to carry Aadhar Card, 10th Mark Sheet and Address Proof, CA/ICWA Certificate, Category Certificate (if applicable) and NOC (if Government/PSU employee) to the document verification stage.
The proforma for applications are provided as annexure in the detailed advertisement. Candidates must fill-up the application form in the provided proforma only and affix recent passport-sized photograph to it. Completely filled up and signed applications must be scanned and forwarded to the email ID [email protected] on or before the closing date. The subject of the email must be MIT (Finance) trainee. Candidates must note that they forward their applications through email only as no other forms of application are accepted.
