Elementary Education Department, Government of Assam has released the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) 2021 Admit Cards on the official website ssa.assam.gov.in. While there is no separate link to download their admit cards, candidates can log in to the portal via the ‘apply online’ link to access their hall tickets.
It must be noted that the official portal or mainstream news portals have not provided any confirmation on the release of admit cards. However, many YouTube channels and education websites claim the hall tickets to be out. To confirm this, candidates can simply log in and access their dashboard for any updates in this regard.
As most candidates are well aware, the Assam TET 2021 examination is set to be held on October 31, 2021, instead of October 24, 2021. This gives candidates ample time, almost 11 days, to download or print a copy of their hall tickets before the eligibility test. Just to provide more clarity, the following are the steps to download their admit cards –
Step 1: Visit the official website of the state education department i.e., ssa.assam.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage of the website, scroll down and click on the “Teacher Eligibility Test” option.
Step 3: By doing so, a new page will open containing different links and details regarding Assam TET 2021. Select the “Click here to apply Online” option.
Step 4: An external website will open asking for login credentials. Enter the required details such as Application No. or Username and Password.
Step 5: Click on the ‘Login’ option to submit the details.
Step 6: Search for the admit card download option in the dashboard to access the document.
Step 7: After accessing the hall ticket, take a printout of the same as soon as possible, before the exam.
The Assam TET 2021 examination is all set to be conducted on Sunday, October 31, 2021, through the pen-and-paper format. The exam date is the same for Upper Primary and Lower Primary levels. While officials including Assam’s Education Minister Ranoj Pegu did tweet and inform about the exam date change, no reasons were cited behind doing so. However, candidates must not concern themselves with the reason and instead, use this extra time to focus on strengthening their preparation for the eligibility test.
As per official reports, the Assam TET 2021 examination will be held in different languages including Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, English and Hindi. Candidates are advised to choose the language that they are most fluent and comfortable with. By doing so, it would be easier for them to write understand the questions.
