Amrita University has started AEEE Slot Booking from April 02, 2018. The candidates who have registered for the entrance exam can do the booking now. The last date to book the slot is expected to be in the second week of April 2018. On the other hand, The application process for the same is going end on April 09, 2018. AEEE 2018 will be held from April 19 to 22, in online mode, and on April 28, 2018, in offline mode.
Applicants who have applied for the exam have been notified about the slot booking via email and SMS. Only those candidates need to book the slot who have opted to appear for the exam in online mode. The applicants who have chosen the offline mode, need not participate in the AEEE 2018 slot booking process.
Every day, 3 slots of AEEE will be conducted. The time of 3 slots available for the booking is – Slot 01: 09:00 AM to 11:30 AM, Slot 02: 12:30 PM to 03:00 PM, Slot 03: 04:00 PM to 06.30 PM
The slot booking for AEEE 2018 is going to be done on the first-come-first-serve basis. Therefore, the candidates must hurry up and book the slot according to their convenience. According to Amrita University, no changes in the exam centre, date, and time will be possible once booked. Hence, candidates need to check the details before finally confirming the submission. In case of unavailability of the test centre, a candidate needs to book another centre to appear for the exam. A test centre might be cancelled if there are less number of applicants who have opted it. The applicants who have opted for that centre will be allotted the nearest centre and the information regarding the same will be notified to a candidate.
To book the slot, a candidate has to visit the official website, http://www.amrita.edu, and access the appropriate link to start the process. In the first step, you will be required to enter application number and date of birth. After logging in a window appears on the screen which will allow a candidate to select the test centre as per convenience. Thereafter, an applicant needs to press the continue button and select the test date, based on the availability, from the calendar shown on the screen. In the last step, select the time of exam and confirm the slot booking.
After booking the slot for AEEE 2018, a candidate has to download the Admit card generated and take a print out of it in order to appear for the exam. The admit card is going to contain the important information that will serve as an identity of the applicant. Only the candidates who will have valid AEEE 2018 admit card will be allowed to enter the examination hall. The details mentioned on it could also be used for knowing the exact date, time and venue of the exam along with subjects for which the exam will be taken. While going for the test, the candidates must ensure that they also have one valid photo identity proof as without it entry to the exam centre will not be allowed.
