AIIMS Bhopal has released a tentative interview schedule for Faculty recruitment against the advertisement numbers 11/10/2020/admin/AIIMS/BHOPL/1980 dated 04/07/ 2020 and Addendum no. 3740 dated 10/10/2020 at aiimsbhopal.edu.in. It was released on November 17, 2020. As per the short notification issued by AIIMS Bhopal authorities, the recruitment interviews shall commence from December 3, 2020, and continue till December 10, 2020 at AIIMS Bhopal itself.
However, the institute is yet to release the detailed interview schedule which it shall release soon. Authorities will also release a list of provisionally eligible and not eligible candidates on the official website for the faculty recruitment.
To download this schedule, candidates access the official website of the recruitment body and search the news section available on the homepage. In the news section, they must click on the “Tentative Interview Schedule for Recruitment of Various Faculty Positions on Direct Recruitment Basis” link. In a new window, the pdf of the schedule shall open providing the interview schedule and instructions issued by authorities. Candidates are advised to save and download this pdf for future reference.
Along with the tentative dates, authorities also announced the evaluation criteria for the selection process.
The selection or recruitment process was based on four criteria – teaching/research experience beyond eligibility with 0.5 marks per year, publication, citation or impact of publication with 100 citation equal to 1 mark, grants received for research with 1 crore equal to 1 mark and lastly, PPT or interview. All these criteria are specified along with their weightage in the evaluation sheet in the pdf for the direct recruitment of the faculty members. The first three selection criteria hold a weightage of 5 marks whereas the interview round holds the maximum weightage i.e. 35 marks. So, the total marks of all selection criteria amount to 50 marks. Candidates shall be scored out of 50 marks and the final list of selected candidates shall be released on the official website of AIIMS Bhopal.
AIIMS Bhopal is scheduled to release the detailed schedule of interviews for the recruitment process on their official website. Furthermore, they shall also release a set of instructions regarding the selection process. Candidates are advised to check the official website for important details regularly.
