AIBE 2019 What to Carry, What not to Carry

On December 23, 2018, the Bar Council of India will conduct the All India Bar Examination i.e AIBE (13) 2019. The examination will be conducted for the State Bar Council enrolled candidates willing to practice law in India. The exam is going to be conducted as an Open Book Exam in Offline mode at various AIBE (13) 2019 Exam Centres.

Candidates will be asked 100 Multiple Choice Questions of 1 mark each covering the AIBE 2019 Syllabus which mainly consists of the knowledge attained while studying law. There is no negative marking in the AIBE 2019 exam. Here is what the candidates can carry and cannot carry on the exam day –

What to Carry on AIBE 2019 Exam Day

AIBE 2019 Admit Card – Remember to carry your AIBE 21019 Admit Card since it will be the ticket to enter the exam hall. The admit cards are now available on the candidate’s login.

Study Material – As the AIBE 2019 exam is an open book exam, the candidates must carry their reference material with them. Avoid carrying too many books; instead, carry written summary notes that are handy.

Identification Proof – Candidates also have to carry one photo ID proof issued by Government of India such as Aadhar Card, Pan Card etc.

Black and Blue Ball pens – You may be asked to mark the answers using black or blue ball pen. Candidates should have at least 2 black and blue pens to avoid uncertain issues with the pen.

Carry one Water Bottle – Candidates should have their personal water bottle with them since it could be possible at the exam centre that you do not get such facility. Also, you will not need to go outside the exam hall for drinking water.

Wrist Watch – It is a very crucial item to carry since no electronic devices are allowed in the exam hall. Candidates can carry a decent wrist-watch so as to keep a track on time.

What Not to Carry on AIBE 2019 Exam Day

Any kind of Electronic Devices – It is strictly prohibited to carry Any kind of Electronic devices with a radio transceiver. Devices such as Mobile phones, laptops, pagers etc must not be carried.

A lot of Books – The AIBE 2019 Exam is based on your 3/5 year LLB course. Thus, there is no need to carry a lot of books. For convenience, carry simple hand-written notes made during your preparation for AIBE 2019.

Uncomfortable Clothing/Ornaments – Candidates must avoid wearing uncomfortable clothing/ornaments as they will have to sit in one place for 3 Hrs and 30 mins. Comfortable clothes must be preferred.

Eatables – Candidates are not allowed to eat inside the exam hall so there is no point of carrying food. Instead, have a nice meal before the exam so the is no need to reload during the exam.
