Indian Air Force (IAF) has released the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2 2021 admit card today, August 20, 2021 at 11:000 AM. The admit cards have been released on the official website afcat.cdac.in. Candidates who have successfully registered for the exam are instructed to download their admit cards well-in advance before the exam. The admission test is scheduled to be conducted on August 28, 29 and 30, 2021. As per past-year records, the admit cards were supposed to release in the first ten days of August 2021. However, due to a delay at the authorities’ end, the hall tickets have been issued today.
AFCAT Admit Card 2021 Download
Only those candidates who have successfully registered for AFCAT 2 2021 examination have been issued admit cards by IAF authorities. Such candidates can use the steps given below to download their admit cards –
Step 1: Visit the official website of IAF i.e., afcat.cdac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage of the official website, click on the admit card download link.
Step 3: By doing so, a new page will open asking for login credentials. Key in the required details.
Step 4: After entering the required information, click on the ‘submit’ option to view the admit card.
Step 5: Don’t wait for another day or time and take a printout of the admit card before the AFCAT 2 2021 examination.
According to the official notification released by IAF authorities, candidates have to compulsorily carry their admit cards to the exam centre. Only after showing the admit card will the candidates be permitted to appear for the computer-based test. Along with e-admit card, candidates must also carry their Aadhaar Card, another valid photo ID, two passport size colour pictures and a blue/black ballpoint pen.
A valid photo ID may be PAN card, passport, driving license, voter ID, college ID, etc. This ID proof must prove details such as candidate’s name, father’s name, date of birth and a clear picture. Similarly, the ballpoint pen is required for signing the attendance sheet and for rough work during the exam.
Additionally, candidates strictly prohibited form bring along with them items such as study or textual material, calculators, docupen, slide rulers, log tables, electronic gadgets, Bluetooth devices, etc. Even bringing expensive or valuable items is not advisable If found in possession of these items, candidate will not be permitted to appear for the exam. Invariably, his candidature will be cancelled by IAF authorities. candidates are also expected to conduct themselves in a dignified manner throughout the online exam, even while interacting with the staff. Acts of indiscipline will not be tolerated by IAF.
