Airport Authority of India (AAI) is looking for eligible candidates for the vacant posts of Junior Executive and Manager. The conducting body has also released a notification with ADVERTISEMENT No. 05/2020 at aai.aero. As per the notification, AAI has announced the recruitment for the 368 vacant posts. Online registrations for AAI Recruitment 2020 starts today. Applicants who are interested in recruitment can submit their online applications before January 14, 2021.
The posts that are advertised under AAI Recruitment are Manager Fire Services (11), Manager Technical (01), Junior Executive Air traffic Control (264), Junior Executive Airport Operations (83) and Junior Executive Technical (08). Applicants who qualify for the Manager (E-3) posts get a monthly salary under the pay scale of Rs. 60000-3%-180000. Those who are appointed as Junior Executive (E-1) receive a salary under the pay scale of Rs. 40000-3%- 140000/-.
Candidates who have BE/ B.Tech degree in Fire Engineering. Mechanical engineering/ Automobile Engineering can apply for Manage fire Services. Those who have BE/ B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Automobile can apply for Manager Technical posts. Applicants with B.Sc degree with Physics & Maths or Bachelors degree in Engineering in any discipline can apply for Junior Executive Air traffic Control. To apply for Junior Executive airport Operations candidates must have graduation in Science and MBA of 02 years. Those who have BE/ B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Automobile can apply for Junior Executive (Technical).
With the educational qualification, applicants should also have to ensure that they meet the age limit. For the Manager post, candidates age should not be more than that of 32 years as on November 30, 2020. Similarly, the upper age limit for the Junior Executive post is 27 years as on November 30, 2020.
To submit applications for AAI recruitment, candidates have to visit the official website, aai.aero. Before applying, applicants should have a valid and active email id and mobile number for the registration and future communications. While applying, they have to upload the latest photograph and details of educational qualifications as asked.
Also, candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs. 1000/- for successful submission of the form. However, SC/ ST/ female candidates have to pay Rs. 170/- as the application fee. In addition, PWD and apprentices who have successfully completed one year of apprenticeship training in AAI are exempted from the fee submission. Moreover, the fee can only be paid by following the online mode.
The selection of candidates for the Manager posts is done through online examination and documents verification round. However, those who have applied for a Junior Executive post have to clear an online exam, Document Verification, Voice Test and Background Verification. As of now, AAI has not yet disclosed the examination dates for the CBT exam. It will be intimated to eligible candidates later on.
