Zilla Parishad, Hingoli has released a notification inviting eligible candidates for the post of Chartered Accountant. The candidates are shortlisted by the Comptroller and Audit General to carry out the financial work in Swachh Bharat Mission and National Rural Drinking Water Assistant Fund. The conducting body has announced a total of 570 vacancies for CA recruitment. Interested candidates can download the notification from the official website, hingoli.nic.in. The application procedure for DWSM ZP Hingoli recruitment has started from July 10, 2020. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications for the post of Chartered Accountant for an audit of the scheme for the financial year 2019-2020 before July 20, 2020.
Out of the total vacancies announced by the conducting body, 569 vacancies are for Swachh Bharat Mission (Rural) and 01 are for National Rural Drinking Water Assistant Fund. These 569 vacancies are further divided amongst Swachh Bharat Mission organized on the District Level, Taluka Level and Panchayat Level. Under the district level, the conducting body has announced 01 vacancies, 05 vacancies under Taluka Level and 563 vacancies under Panchayat level.
The application procedure for the recruitment of Chartered Accountant is conducted through the offline procedure. Candidates have to submit their representations for the post before the last date. No applications are accepted after July 20, 2020, 05:00 PM. The application form should be submitted by the registered post or in person at the office of Zilla Parishad, Hingoli. The application should be submitted in the envelope. Candidates have to superscribe the envelope with ‘Application for Appointment of CA Firms/Auditors for scheme Under DWSM ZP Hingoli’. Candidates also have to attach the self-attested copies of certain documents in support of their educational qualification. They have to attach several FCA/ACA associated with the firm, CA firms registration certificate, copy of the address of office of the firm with division or the district, annual turnover statement of the firm the candidates is working for last 05 years, C&AG EMPANELMENT letter fro the year 2019-2020, number of an article with the firm and assignment of the State/Central sponsored programs conducted by the firm during the last 05 years.
Eligible candidates are shortlisted for the post based on the document verification. Those who fulfil the eligibility and have authentic documents gets appointed for the post. Shortlisted candidates get the appointment letter, confirming their selection to the post of Chartered Accountant for an audit of the scheme for the financial year 2019-2020
