West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board has released the admit cards today, July 10, 2021, for the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) 2021. Candidates who have successfully registered for the entrance exam can download their admit cards from the official website wbjeeb.nic.in. The entrance exam is scheduled to be conducted next week, on Saturday, July 17, 2021. As per the official website, the WBJEE 2021 is tentatively scheduled to take place on July 17. However, since the admit cards have been released, there is very little possibility of the exam getting postponed.

To download the WBJEE 2021 admit cards, candidates can either use the direct link provided above or follow the steps given below-
Step 1: Candidates must visit the official website wbjee.nic.in and click on the “WBJEE” option. By doing so, the website of the entrance exam will open.
Step 2: Aspirants must click on the “Download Admit Card” option.
Step 3: A new tab will open in which candidates can choose either credential options to download their hall tickets – a. through application number and password and b. through application number and date of birth.
Step 4: After selecting the option, aspirants must enter the required credentials along with the security pin displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Candidates must click on the “Sign In” option to access their WBJEE 2021 admit cards.
Step 6: All candidates are advised to download and take a printout of their admit cards well in advance before the exam. This will prevent any last-minute chaos or confusion.
WBJEE 2021 examination is scheduled to be conducted on July 17, 2021, through the OMR-based pen-and-paper mode. The test or question booklet along with the OMR sheet will be provided at the examination centre. However, to gain entry to their respective exam centres, candidates are required to show some documents to the centre authorities. These documents include three things – 1. A printed copy of WBJEE 2021 admit cards, 2. Coloured photograph, same as the one uploaded during the application process and 3. Any photo ID including Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Class 10 admit card, etc.
Other than the documents needed for verification, aspirants are not allowed to carry any items for the WBJEE 2021 examination. These items include electronic and communication devices, printed material, study material, pen, log table, etc. Candidates found in possession of these items will not be permitted to attend the state-level entrance exam. To ensure that the document verification happens on time, aspirants are required to report to their exam centres at least 30 prior to the day of the WBJEE 2021 exam.
