Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will conduct TEE June 2021 session exams from August 03, 2021, onwards. The exams will be held only for the final year / semester students who are in master’s degree, bachelor’s degree, post-graduate diploma, diploma, and certificate programmes. Along with announcing the exam date, the University has also extended the last date to submit the application form for the term-end examination. Now, the candidates can apply until July 12, 2021, without any late fee.
For now, the University has decided not to conduct TEE June 2021 exams only for CBCS UG courses including – BAG, BSCG, BCOMG, BSWG, BAECH, BAHIH, BAPSH’ BAPCH, BAPAH. BASOM, BSCANH, BSCBCH, BAEGH, BAHDH, etc. The intermediate year / semester exams have been postponed to December 2021.
University in its other notice has also defined the eligibility criteria for the term-end examination (June 2021) for final year / final semester students. According to the notice, students of master’s programmes who have taken admission in July 2019 or before and students of bachelor’s programmes who have taken admission in July 2018 or before are eligible to take TEE June 2021 exams to be held from August 03, 2021. Such students should have done registrations in July 2020 or before / January 2021 or before (for semester-based programmes).
Giving relaxation to the students who will not be able to appear in the TEE June 2021, IGNOU provides an opportunity to appear in the TEE to be held in December this year. For this purpose, the validity period of registration of those students whose registration ended in June 2021 is also extended till December 2021. In this case, the fee already paid by the students will be adjusted against the fees payable for the subsequent TEE.
Before filling the examination form students should understand these eligibility criteria and read all the instructions given on the examination portal. After the declaration that they have read, they will have to proceed to fill the examination form. Thereafter, students need to enter their programme code, enrollment number and the choice of exam centre region. To submit the examination form, a fee of Rs. 200 per course is chargeable and can be paid through online mode i.e credit card / debit card / UPI / net-banking etc.
IGNOU will issue the hall ticket on its official website ignou.ac.in, approximately 7 to 10 days before the commencement of the term-end examination. Students appearing for the exams will have to download and take a printout of their hall ticket. It is a must for students to carry their hall ticket and IGNOU id card at the examination centre. Otherwise, they will not be allowed entry inside the examination hall.
