Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) University will be conducting VITEEE 2018 from April 04 to 15, 2018. Each day, the examination will be held in three slots which will be from 09:00 am to 11:30 am, 12:30 pm to 03:00 pm, and from 04:00 pm to 06:30 pm. The candidates who registered for VIT Engineering Entrance Test can now book the test center, date, and slot.
For VITEEE 2018 Slot Booking, the University has activated the Online Test Booking System. The candidates can access it from vit.ac.in. To do the booking, the candidates will have to enter application number, password, and security code.
After the login opens, the candidates will first of all have to define the subjects in the exam. Then, the test date and center is to be chosen. The address of the center will appear automatically. Once, all of these are selected the slot will be displayed. The candidates will only get one minute to book and confirm the slot.
You Must Book a Slot In order to download the Admit card
The admit card of VITEEE contains details about the candidate and the examination, like the center address, timing, etc. So, the admit card is automatically generated when the candidate books the slot. Without booking the slot, the candidates cannot download the admit card.
Book a Slot As Soon As Possible, do not delay
The VIT Slot Booking is done on the first-come-first-served basis. Hence, the more a candidate will delay the more is the possibility that they will not get the desired slot. It has been witnessed in past year that the slots fill fast and latecomers have to settle for lesser priority.
Book Your VITEEE 2018 Slot Wisely
The University has made it very clear that under no circumstances the candidates will get the provision to change the booked slot. Also, the center, date, subject once booked are also not liable to change. It should also be noted that the candidates did submit the subject choices in the application form but they need to do so again during the booking.
Make Sure that you book the slot after evaluating the following:
Before choosing the slot, check the exam dates for other entrance examinations for which you have applied. Make sure that you choose that exam date on which you do not have another examination. Also, if you will be booking the slot in an outside state then check transportation mediums and make travel plans in prior.
No Peer pressure please
Students should not book a slot just because the friends are booking it. Evaluate your own reasons and book that slot which suits you the most. The level of difficulty in all the sessions will be same so do not opt for a slot which is not convenient for you.
