Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) is all set to conduct the Uttarakhand Teacher Eligibility Test (UTET) 2021 examination today, Novmeber 26, 2021, The exam will be held through the OMR-based pen-nad-paper mode at selected centres across the country. Admit cards for the same have already been issued on the official website ukutet.com. Candidates appearing for the exam have barely a few hours left to download and print a copy of their hall tickets. Now’s the time to get their documents ready before they leave for their exam centre. Here’s all they need to know before the UTET 2021 exam.
UTET 2021 test timings
As specified in the information brochure, UTET 2021 will be held in the form of two papers – Paper I and Paper II. While Paper I is meant for Class 1-5, Paper II is for candidates interested in teaching Class 6-8. The first paper is scheduled to be held from 10:00 am to 12:300 pm followed by Paper II which is scheduled from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm. All candidates are advised to report to their exam centre at least 30 minutes prior to get the formalities done before appearing for the eligibility test.
UTET 2021 guidelines
USEC has specified certain important guidelines which need to be followed by all candidates at the UTET 2021 exam centre. Thes eguidelines are as follows –
# All candidates are required to download and print a copy of their UTET 2021 admit cards from the official website ukutet.com. They are required to carry the document to the exam centre to gain entry inside the centre.
# Candidates have to carry three things with them – 1. UTET 2021 admit card, 2. Ballpoint pen and 3. A valid Photo ID which can be passport, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, etc.
# Authorities will not be permitting any candidate to enter 30 minutes after the UTET 2021 exam begins. Moreover, they will also not be allowing any aspirant to exit the centre before the exam ends.
# Apart from the permitted items, candidates will not be allowed to carry any item to the centre including calculator, log table, scientific calculator, mobile phone, pager, digital watch, etc. Strict action will be taken against those who are found with any of the prohibited items. Moreover, strict disciplinary action will also be taken in case of any suspicious or illicit behavior.
UTET 2021 Documents Required
To gain entry into the exam centre, all candidates are required to carry two important documents for the UTET 2021 examination. They are as follows –
# UTET 2021 admit card
# Any valid Photo ID (including Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, etc)
Just to be on the safer side, candidates are advised to carry their two passport-size photographs to the UTET 2021 exam centre. They must ensure that the photograph matches with their photo ID.
UTET 2021 Last-Minute Tips
With only 1-2 hours left for the UTET 2021 examination, here are some last-minute stress-busting tips for candidates –
# Do not revise any subject today. This is not the time to “stress-revise”. Instead, use this time to gather all the required documents.
# Decrease the pressure. It is better to have faith in months’ worth of preparation rather than questioning efforts.
# Accept the possibility of failure. This again, will reduce the pressure. UTET 2021 is not the end of the road. there are plenty more attempts coming up in the future.
