As per the latest reports, UPTET 2018 exam which is going to be held on November 04, 2018 may get postponed. The UPTET exam may get delayed by two weeks. It is being said that the reason for the postponement is the cancellation of the BTC fourth semester exams and the National Talent Search Examination which is also being conducted on November 04, 2018. So, the Secretary Examination Regulatory Authority is requesting the government to give some time for the exams.
The BTC fourth semester exams were going to be conducted from October 08 to October 10, 2018. But a day before the exam, all the question papers were leaked. So, the exams got canceled. 72668 trainees of BTC 2015 batch may get out from the recruitment due to the postponed of 95 thousand teachers’ selection. It is compulsory for the candidates to complete the fourth-semester exam for the selection of assistant teachers.
The Chief Minister, Mr. Aditya Yoginath has assured the BTC trainees that the exams will be planned again. The CM has met the delegation of the trainees and has promised them that the canceled exams will be conducted soon.
One day before the conduction of the BTC exam in Kaushabi, the question papers were leaked. So, a meeting has been arranged on Friday (October 12) for the officers of the Basic Education Department at 4 pm in Lucknow. Now, everyone is expecting that the board may decide to conduct the BTC 2015 fourth semester exams. In result, the UPTET exams may be postponed because it would be very difficult for the government to organize both exams at the same time. The postponement of the exams will give the BTC trainees a sigh of relief as they will get the opportunity to appear in the teachers’ recruitment.
