The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) is all set to conduct the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) on November 28, 2021. UPTET 2021 admit cards were supposed to be out on November 17, 2021, at their official website i.e updeled.gov.in. However, the download link for the hall tickets has not been activated yet. This has created confusion among the candidates as there has been no official update regarding the availability of the admit cards.
There are some rumours doing rounds on the internet that the UPTET 2021 admit cards will be released on November 20, 2021. They have added that despite this delay in releasing the admit cards, the examination date remains unaltered and the exam will be held on November 28. Though no such official announcement has been made yet.
On the other hand, some news reports are suggesting that the admit cards for UPTET 2021 might get released today, i.e. November 18. As one day delay is common in such cases. If that is the case, then the candidates are advised to keep a tab on the official website of the conducting body.
In contrast to these reports, another circulation over the internet states that unless the admit cards for UPTET 2021 are out, exams won’t be conducted. It further justified that if hall tickets are not available within one or two days from the expected release date, chances are that the examination will get postponed. The source also mentioned that most of the examination centres are not yet prepared and equipped for holding the exams. Hence, there are high chances that the UPTET 2021 exam will get postponed. Though no such information has officially been announced yet.
One of the major reasons reports regarding the postponement of the exam has surfaced can also be accounted to the clash of dates with the UPSI exam. Aspiring candidates have taken to Twitter and have requested the concerned officials to postpone the UPTET 2021 exam date. The reason behind this demand is that Phase 3 of the Uttar Pradesh SI exam is scheduled to take place from November 27 to December 02 in three shifts. There will be a clash of dates for those aspirants who are appearing for both exams. Hence, they are now demanding a postponement of the UPTET 2021 exam scheduled for November 28.
Since the UPTET 2021 admit cards were not released at their scheduled time, many rumours and speculations are being cooked on social media. Candidates are advised to not jump to any conclusion at this point and wait for an official update regarding the matter.
