As per test-takers, the level of questions asked in UPSC CSE preliminary 2021 can be kept at a moderate to difficult level. This year, the questions asked demanded a fundamental approach by the candidates. The maximum number of questions in the GS paper 1 were asked from the static portion. Questions from current affairs witnessed a relative decline. Some questions, surprisingly, were also asked from Sports and Person-in-News.
The candidates can simply visit the Youtube channels of the coaching classes and then find the UPSC Prelims answer key. Thereafter, they can compare the answers marked by them with the ones notified by the educators. In order to calculate the marks scored in the UPSC CSE exam, the candidates have to simply add 2.5 marks for each correct answer in the GS paper 1 and CSAT paper. Along with this, they have to deduct 0.33 marks against the wrong answer marked in the UPSC IAS preliminary exam.
