The Union Public Service Commission has released the admit cards for the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) 2022. Candidates who have applied for the examination can now download the admit cards from the official website – upsc.gov.in and upsconline.nic.in. UPSC CISF AC LDCE 2022 examination is all set to be conducted on March 13, 2022.
A total of 19 vacancies, 14 for general, 03 for SC, and 02 for ST, are going to be filled through this recruitment examination.
How to download?
UPSC will not be issuing the hard copies of the admit cards. Candidates have to download them online using the steps given below.
Step 1- Firstly, go to the official website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in
Step 2- Scroll down the page and click on ‘Admit Cards’ on the right-hand side of the page.
Step 3- Now, click on the link that reads ‘E-Admit Cards for various examinations of UPSC’.
Step 4- Select the ‘Download’ link beside ‘CENTRAL INDUSTRIAL SECURITY FORCE AC (EXE) LIMITED DEPTT. COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION, 2022’.
Step 5- A new page will open where one has to press the ‘Click Here’ button under the admit card download column.
Step 6- Read the instructions and click on the ‘Yes’ button.
Step 7- Select either of the two options and then enter the CISF number or roll number, date of birth, and the captcha.
Step 8- Click on the ‘Submit’ button and then download the admit cards.

In case of any discrepancy in the admit card, the candidate should bring it to the light of the Commission immediately. Along with the admit card, they should also carry a photo identity proof to each session of the examination. Please note that entry to the examination venue will be closed 10 minutes prior to the scheduled commencement of the examination.
Written Examination
There will be two papers in the UPSC CISF AC LDCE 2022 written examination. UPSC will fix separate qualifying marks for each paper.
Paper I – The first paper or Paper I will be on General Ability and Intelligence and Professional Skill. This paper will have 150 questions comprising 300 marks. The paper will follow an objective-type pattern with multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
Paper II – The second paper is on essay, precis writing, and comprehension. A duration of 02 hours will be given to solve the 100-mark paper. Candidates have to write this paper in the medium allowed by the Commission.
UPSC will then publish a list of candidates who stand qualified for the written examination. CISF will then conduct the Physical Efficiency Test. Candidates qualifying for PET will ultimately have to appear for the Medical Efficiency Test. After that, the shortlisted candidates have to appear for the Personality Test or Interview.
