Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath inaugurated 1025 development schemes worth INR 195 crores at Town National Inter College in Gazipur on September 20, 2021. On this occasion, the CM said that these schemes will be helpful in fulfilling the everyday needs of the people of Ghaizipur.
Top ministers like Cabinet State Minister Shri Anand Swaroop Shukla, Vidhaan Parishad member Shri Swatantra Dev Singh and other notable officers were also present at the meet.

The CM also said that it is because of the dip in the crime level, the panchayat elections could be conducted successfully. The state government is striving hard to keep a check on these mafia gangs and put them behind the bars. It is because of the state police that the mafia gangs are been unmasked and strict actions are been taken against them. Along with this, their property is been seized and this will help in the development of the state’s youth and a lot of employment opportunities will be provided to them.
The Chief Minister announced that with the idea of reducing the burden from women of visiting banks, the state government is recruiting female Business Correspondents. This will not only solve the problem of visiting the bank but also provide employment to women of the state. Also, CM Arogya Mela has begun in the state, wherein the citizens can get free treatment, enrol themselves for Ayushman cards and Kanya Sumangala Yojana.
He further said that, that now Ghazipur district has its own medical colleges that have been developed with the tremendous help of the state’s machinery. With this, he added that the development work for the remaining 16 medical colleges is in progress and will be completed soon.
Yogi Ji also thanked PMO to launch the Ayushman Bharat yojana that has successfully helped in joining 50 crore people to direct medical facilities. The state government has presented at least 2 lakh gold cards to the residents of Ghazipur only. He also lauded the efforts of PMO to build toilets across the country that has helped a lot of poor and deprived people access toilets free of cost.
He also spoke about the benefits of the Kissan Nidhi Samman scheme by the central government. He said, that with this scheme maximum farmers in the state are getting benefitted as they get a yearly amount of INR 6000 in three instalments. Ending his speech, CM said that the state government has fought bravely with pandemics like Covid-19, floods and will continue to serve its citizens.
