It is because of the suggestions of the think tank, that the government is able to join 8 aspirational districts in the mainstream development programmes. “The parameters suggested by the Aayog helped in developing each of the core areas i.e. girl’s education, micro and small businesses, farmers and water resources” the CM added.

The CM further praised the organisation and said that along with the ease of doing the index, the state has also implemented ease of living index. It is because of these factors that the state government is successful in providing water, electricity, road and banking to each and every district and home.

The state has taken a lot of effort in developing the primary education of girl children. The schools have provided free of cost books, copies, uniforms, shoes and socks to the students. Other than this, scholarship money is also transferred from time to time to the account of students through the DBT model.

The CM also spoke about the state government’s plan of installing rooftop solar panels and electronic vehicles in the state. They have also developed projects to provide irrigation facilities to the Bundelkhand region and have successfully zeroed on the farmer’s MSP.
