The Pariksha Niyamak Pradhikari, Allahabad, UP has released the UP BTC 2019 Counselling schedule. The online registration for UP BTC 2019 is going to start from June 27, 2019, at updeled.gov.in. There will be two (02) rounds of counselling for UP BTC (DElEd) 2019. Interested aspirants must ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria before proceeding to register for the counselling process.
To apply for UP DElEd 2019 Counselling, candidates need to check that they are eligible or not. Candidates should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent exam from UP Board/ CBSE/ ICSE and should have secured 50% marks the qualifying test. For SC/ST/ OBC/ PWD/ Freedom fighter/ Ex-Servicemen category candidates need to obtain a miniimum of 45% marks. The minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum age limit of a candidate is 35 years as on July 01, 2019. Only those candidates are eligible to apply for UP DElEd 2019 Counselling who are residents of the Uttar Pradesh state.
UP BTC 2019 Registration form is released by online mode only. No printed/ hard copy of the UP BTC Form is released. Candidates need to submit the UP DElEd 2019 Application form by online mode only. Form submitted by post/ fax/ email etc is not acceptable. The registration fee is Rs. 500/- for UR and OBC category, Rs. 300/- for SC/ST category, and Rs. 100/- for PWD candidates. The application fee is payable by E-Challan/ Internet banking/ Credit card/ Debit card.
After the registration process is done, the candidates can proceed to fill in choice of college. The Phase 1 counselling starts from July 17 to 31, 2019. Candidates who have been allotted the college, need to report at the allocated college for document verification/completing admission till August 05, 2019. The Phase 2 counselling process starts from August 16-26, 2019. Candidates need to report at the allocated Institute for document verification/completing admission till August 30, 2019.
The Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is the name of the course, which, formerly was known by the name of Basic Training Certificate (BTC). D.El.Ed is a two-year program and its assessment is in four semesters. Purpose of D.El.Ed. is to train teachers of classes I to VIII.
