The Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) has released the admit cards for the Kanishtha Sahayak (Junior Assistant) examination. Those candidates who have registered for the recruitment examination can download the admit cards from sssc.uk.gov.in. The examination will be conducted on October 31, 2021. A total of 746 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment drive.
To download the admit cards, follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit the official website – sssc.uk.gov.in.
Step 2: Find the relevant link for downloading the UKSSSC admit card 2021 for Kanishtha Sahayak.
Step 3: Click on that link after which the login page will open. Check the post name and enter login credentials like name and father’s name and press the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 4: The admit cards will be displayed. Now, carefully crosscheck the details and download it.

The written examination will be held across 13 regions in the state. The number of examination centres in each region are Dehradun– 38, Haridwar– 22, Pauri Garhwal- 08, Tehri Garhwal- 04, Rudraprayag- 04, Chamoli- 07, Uttarkashi- 06, Haldwani (Nainital)- 23, Almora- 09, Pithoragarh- 06, Champawat- 04, Bageshwar- 02 and Upmansingh Nagar- 12. Hence, a total of 145 examination centres have been made ready to conduct the examination.
There will be two shifts over which the examination will be conducted. The first shift will be between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM while the second shift will be held between 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A total of 1,19,722 candidates are expected to participate in the upcoming recruitment examination. Since a huge number of candidates will be appearing for the written examination, the Commission has decided to hold the same in two shifts. Thus, after downloading the admit cards, candidates are advised to carefully check the shift that they have been assigned to.
A total of 162 candidates who are appearing for the Public Service Commission (Uttarakhand) Examination have requested for centre change for the Kanishtha Sahayak exam. Hence, they have been allotted the examination centres in such a way so that they can appear for both examinations easily. After the disaster in the state, it is expected that some transportation-related difficulties may occur. Therefore, the candidates should plan their journey to reach the examination centres well in advance.
One should not carry any item that is prohibited in the examination hall. Details regarding such items have been mentioned on the official website. Their candidature will immediately be cancelled if found in possession of such items.
