National Testing Agency (NTA) can declare the UGC NET results 2022 either on Sunday, February 13, 2022, or Monday, February 14, 2022. Multiple conversations with the helpline numbers listed on the UGC NET website lead to this conclusion.

A number of news reports published today suggested that the results will be published by Monday on the official website of UGC ugcnet.nta.nic.in. Speculations regarding result publication have been circulating on various media sites, and academic platforms recently. To confirm the news one of the Aglasem team members had also contacted the NTA helpline recently. The conversation was helpful in confirming the speculations. Take a look at how it rolled out:
Q. Hello, when will the UGC NET result be published?
A. It will be released this month itself.
Q. Various sources suggest that the result will be out on coming Monday. Is that true?
A. Could be, we can not tell for sure. However, it is confirmed to release this month.
Several Youtube channels have released audio records with NTA helplines confirming the news of result publication on Monday.
NTA said “Wait till Sunday for UGC NET 2022 result” to another caller
Youtube channel “Nothing Impossible” oftentimes comes up with vides on UGC NET exam, and their most recent video was posted today. Titled “Ugc net result 2022 | ugc net result | ugc net | ugc net result 2021 expected date”, this video is on how they called NTA helpline to know the UGC NET 2022 result date. They have provided two conversations in this video.
To them, one helpline responder said to wait till Sunday (13 Feb).
The exact conversation was like this:
Caller: Main puch raha hu ki abhi jo ugc net ka exam hua hai uska result kab tak a sakta hai? (Translation: I wanted to ask that for the ugc net exam that was held recently, when will the result be announced)
Responder: Sunday tak intezaar kariye (Translation: Wait till Sunday)
Caller: Matlab sunday ke badd date nhn badegi, sunday ke aas paas a jayega? (Translation: So after Sunday the date will not be extended? The result will be out around Sunday?)
Caller: Sunday ke aas paas a jayega (Translation: Yes, it will be out around Sunday)
The other responder said that result will be out by Monday. However when asked for confirmation, he had cut the call, as given in the video. The conversation that transpired was as follows.
Caller: Jo abhi ugc net ka exam hua hai uska result kab tak ayega. (Translation: When will the result of the UGC NET exam that was held recently be announced?)
Responder: Result aap monday tak expect kar sakte ho. (Translation: You can expect the result by Monday.)
Caller: Sure hai sir? Matlab a jayega monday tak? (Translation: Is it sure sir that result will be out by Monday)
Responder: Surety kya hoti hai sir? (Translation: What is surety)
Caller: Wohi confirm karna chahte hai sir (Translation: Just wanted to confirm that it will be out on Monday..) (Call was cut).

“Wait till tomorrow for UGC NET Result 2022” says another conversation
A youtuber with the channel name “Sardaar Navjot singh” has recently published a video titled “UGC NET||call Recording|| RESULT UPDATE||NTA||DATE OF RESULT||KAB TAK AAYEGA RESULT”. In this video, he has published a call recording between (presumably) himself and the NTA helpline.
In this video, the NTA helpline has told the caller to wait till tomorrow for UGC NET results.
The exact words were as follows
Caller: Jankari leni thi joh ugc net ka official answer key aur result kab tak a sakta hai? (translation: Wanted to enquire, when will UGC NET 2022 official answer key and result be announced?)
Responder: kal tak intezaar kar lo (translation: Wait till tomorrow)
As per sources, the University Grants Commission (UGC) is expected to release the results of the UGC NET examination by Monday, February 14, 2022. The examination was held in three phases starting from November 20, 2021, and concluded by January 05, 2022. The National Eligibility Test (NET) was conducted through computer-based mode for 81 subjects. The question paper and the draft answer key were released on January 21, and the candidates had the option to challenge the provisional answer key till January 24, 2022.
Based on the trends from the previous years, NTA releases the result within three weeks after the provisional answer key has been released. Hence, it can be expected that the result will be out in the following week.
Based on the information derived from this conversation, it is confirmed that the results will be out this month itself. Candidates should keep an eye on the official website of UGC ugcnet.nta.nic.in to get further updates regarding the same. Once released the candidates can view the results by logging in using their application number and password/ date of birth. The result will contain details like the score as well as the qualifying status of the candidate.
The result will be based on the final answer key released by the UGC. This is released after considering the objections raised by the candidates during the stipulated time. Qualifying the UGC NET examination will make the candidates eligible to apply for the posts of assistant professors and lecturers in various colleges across the country.
