National Testing Agency (NTA) is all set to release the UGC NET 2022 answer key in the next week, as claimed by several reports. Along with the provisional answer key, NTA will also release the response sheet and question paper on the official website ugcnet.nta.nic.in. To access these documents, a candidate must simply log in using the Application Number and Date of Birth.
The University Grants Commission National Entrance Test (UGC NET) 2022 was conducted in three phases. In phase 1, exam dates were November 20 to December 05, 2021. The phase 2 exam dates were December 24 to 27, 2021. The last phase or phase 3 exam dates were January 4 and 5, 2022. While waiting for the response sheet and provisional answer key, candidates need to keep these 4 important things in mind –
# 1 UGC NET 2022 Question Paper, Response Sheet, Answer key Release Date
Based on previous year records, NTA usually releases the UGC NET 2022 provisional answer key between 03-19 days from the last exam date. So, there is a high possibility of the answer key being released next week, preferably by January 24, 2022. Along with the answer key, each candidate’s response sheet and question paper will also be released on the official portal ugcnet.nta.nic.in. This will make it very convenient for candidates to calculate their tentative exam scores.
#2 UGC NET 2022 Provisional Answer Key To Release First
Every year, NTA releases the provisional answer key on the official website. This answer key is later, subject to changes communicated by candidates. This year too, the same process will follow suit. Hence, candidates are advised to take a look at this provisional draft for any mistakes or inaccuracies. Although the provisional draft may be subjected to changes, it is still reliable enough for calculating the tentative score.
#3 UGC NET 2022 Objection Facility For 2-3 Days
Along with releasing the UGC NET 2022 provisional answer key, NTA will also provide an objection facility on the official portal. Using this objection facility, candidates can communicate their issues with the answers. However, they must provide some proof or reasoning to justify their objections. Only such valid objections will be taken into consideration while framing the final draft.
#4 UGC NET 2022 Final Answer Key Will be Used to Evaluate Candidates
NTA will be incorporating all the valid objections into their UGC NET 2022 provisional answer key to release the final draft. This final draft will then, be used to evaluate candidates and release the scorecards.
