For the past few days, an image of the TSNPDCL Junior Accounts Officer Recruitment 2021 Notification has been circulated on social media. As the notification images, TSNPDCL has announced 107 vacancies for the Junior Accounts Officer (JAO). However, on scrutinizing the notification, the TSNPDCL Junior Accounts Officer Recruitment 2021 turned out to be fake.
The fake notification was circulated a week ago around June 15, 2021. The notice states that the online registrations for TSNPDCL Junior Accounts Officer 2021 shall commence from June 16, 2021. Candidates who have M.Com/ B.Com can apply before the last date. It also mentions the number of vacancies, other important dates and educational qualifications.
However, on checking the website (tsnpdcl.in) of Northern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited (TSNPDCL) there was no such notification to be found. In fact, TSNPDCL has not advertised any vacancies this year so far.
Further, the recruitment portal of TSNPDCL was also scruitized and the last time the conducting body released the notification for Junior Accounts Officer was in 2018. The TSNPDCL Junior Accounts Officer Recruitment 2018 Notification is also available on the website, tsnpdcl.cgg.gov.in
On comparing the circulated image of the notification for the 2018 PDF, it is found that the 2021 notification is the edited version of the 2018 notice. The dates, eligibility, vacancies, and other requirements are the same except the year 2018 has been converted to 2021. As per the 2018 notice, the application procedure was conducted from June 16, 2018, to June 30, 2018. The exact same schedule is printed on the fake notification except the year is changed. As per the circulated image, the online registration was expected to start from June 16, 2021, to June 30, 2021.
Not only the dates but the number of vacancies for 2021 is also the same as that of 2018. In the 2018 year, the official notification advertised 107 vacancies for the Junior Accounts Officer. The new notice also states the TSNPDCL has announced 107 vacancies. The eligibility criteria are also kept the same. Candidates who have B.Com/ M.com from the recognized university were eligible for the 2018 recruitment. Similar eligibility is mentioned in the fake notice.
As of now, there is no official announcement made from the conducting body regarding the TSNPDCL Junior Accounts Officer recruitment 2021, hence aspirants should wait for the authorities to come with their statement. It is suggested that interested candidates should visit the official website to stay updated about the recruitment and also verify the same from official sources only.
