Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE) will close the application form for Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) 2021 tomorrow, on July 19, 2021, with late fee of Rs 250. Engineering aspirants thus have only a day left to apply for the entrance exam on the official website eamcet.tsche.ac.in.
However it may noted that tomorrow is not the deadline for applications. Beyond tomorrow, candidates can apply, albeit with a late fee of Rs. 500. Similar to previous years, the TS EAMCET 2021 examination shall be conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University (JNTU) on behalf of the TSCHE. The exam shall be conducted from August 04 to 10, 2021, through the computer-based format. TS EAMCET 2021 registration process began on March 20, 2021. Interested candidates who are yet to complete their registration formalities must do so on the official website eamcet.tsche.ac.in as soon as possible.
JNTU authorities are all set to conduct the TS EAMCET 2021 examination on August 04 to 05, 09 and 10, 2021, through the online, computer-based format. Engineering entrance exam shall take place on the first three days while the agriculture and medical exam shall take place on the remaining two days. Candidates must also bear in mind that admissions for medical courses like MBBS, BDS, Physiotherapy, AYUSH, etc shall be done through the NEET 2021 examination. Admission for courses related to pharmacy and health will be done through TS EAMCET 2021.
Authorities are scheduled to release the TS EAMCET 2021 admit cards from July 23, 2021. Registered candidates will be allowed to download their admit cards from the official website till July 31, 2021.
TS EAMCET 2021 engineering exam shall be held for a duration of 3 hours., containing a total of 160 questions. The paper will be divided into three sections – Physics (40), Chemistry (40) and Mathematics (80). All questions will be of objective type and each question will be allotted 1 mark.
In case of Agriculture and Medical entrance exam, the duration, total questions, type of questions and marking scheme is the same as engineering exam. However, the paper will be divided into three sections – Physics (40), Chemistry (40) and Biology (80). The Biology section will further be divided into two sub-sections – Botany and Zoology. Both sub-sections will contain 40 questions each.
This admit card shall mention the exact date and slot timing of the entrance exam. Candidates are instructed to adhere to the exam timings and bring a hard copy of their admit cards to the allotted test centre. They will not be allowed to enter the exam centre in case of failure to bring their admit cards.
Every year, JNTU authorities conduct the TS EAMCET examination on behalf of TSCHE. Candidates who qualify this exam can get admission in prestigious colleges across the state of Telangana to pursue a variety of courses. These courses are primarily related to three fields – Engineering, Medical and Agriculture.
