The Teacher’s Recruitment Board, Tripura (TRBT) has released a new notification for recruiting special educators via the Selection Test for Special Educators (STSE). Interested candidates must note that the online application process will begin on April 27 and continue till May 05 attrb.tripura.gov.in. A total of 200 vacancies are going to be filled via the recruitment drive. The period of probation for the permanent posts is 02 years. The recruitment test is scheduled for June 12 from 12:00 Noon to 2:30 PM.
Essential Qualification
The applying candidate must have at least 50% marks in graduation or post-graduation from a recognised university. Along with this, they must have a B.Ed. (Special Education) degree or its equivalent from an RCI recognised institution. The candidate must have a desirable knowledge of Bengali or Kokborok.
Age Limit
Applicants must have reached up to 40 years of age as of April 11, 2022. It must be noted that the upper limit is relaxable by 5 years for the SC, ST, PH and government servants under certain prevailing conditions. As per existing norms, the upper age limit is also relaxed for the candidates belonging to the ex-servicemen category.
Selection Procedure
TRBT will recruit special educators based on the marks obtained in the (Selection Test for Special Educator) STSE 2022 test. However, this is subject to the scrutiny of the certificates, documents, mark sheets and the authenticity of the information provided in the online application form. In case false and defective information is found in the online application form, then the candidature of the candidate will be summarily rejected. Examination Fee & Documents Required
Candidates belonging to the UR category have to pay Rs 300 as the application fee while those belonging to SC, ST and PH categories need to pay Rs 200. Prior to starting with the online application process, it is advised to ensure whether the candidate fulfils the eligibility conditions or not. The following documents must be kept ready before starting with the application process.
- Scanned copy of the latest passport-size photo in the JPG or JPEG format. The file size should not exceed 100 KB.
- Scanned copy of the full signature of the candidate in the JPG or JPEG format. The file size should not exceed 60 KB.
