The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has released the provisional answer keys for the Combined Civil Services-II Group II exam. Candidates who have appeared for the exam can now download the answer keys and also submit challenges via the official website – tnpsc.gov.in. The exam was successfully conducted on May 21, 2022. However, it must be noted that the answer keys are tentative and all objections have to be supported by sufficient evidence since it will be placed before the expert committee.
How to download?
The preliminary exam was held for a total of 300 marks and the answer keys have been released for three papers namely General Tamil, General Studies and General English. It was conducted in the objective-type mode and candidates had to answer multiple-choice questions. To know how to download the answer keys, take a look at the steps given below.
Step 1- Go to the official website of TNPSC at tnpsc.gov.in
Step 2- Click on the ‘Recruitment’ tab and then select ‘Question Papers/Answer Keys’
Step 3- Again, select ‘Objective Type (Answer keys)’ after which a new page will open
Step 4- Find the post for ‘Combined Civil Services Examination-II (Interview and Non-interview posts) in Group-II and IIA Services’
Step 5- Click on the date mentioned under ‘Tentative Answer Keys’
Step 6- After that, click on the subjects one by one and check the answer keys.

Submit Objections
The answer keys have been released yesterday, i.e. May 27, 2022. Candidates, if they wish to challenge the answer keys, then they must do so within seven days from the release of answer keys, i.e. by June 03, 2022. To submit challenges, firstly find the answer keys by following the steps given above and then take a look at the steps given below.
Step 1- Press the ‘Click Here’ button under the key challenge and beside the required subject
Step 2- Enter the register number, application number and date of birth
Step 3- Select the question number and follow the next few steps to submit challenges.
Representations challenging the tentative answer keys have to be submitted via the online mode. With regard to the final answer key, it will be prepared based on the recommendations of the expert committee. After that, the paper evaluation shall be carried out further. The final answer key will not be published until the entire selection process is over.
