Tata Memorial Centre is going to conduct walk-in-interviews at Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital, Sangrur (Punjab) for the recruitment of Staff Nurses, Radio-Diagnosis Technician and OT Technician. TMC has published an official recruitment notification in this regard at the website tmc.gov.in. 12 vacancies are available in total. Eligible and intending candidates are encouraged to appear in the interview with proper documentation scheduled to be held on December 09, 2020 from 09.30 AM to 11.30 AM.
Through Advt No. TMC/HBCHS/195/20, Tata Memorial Centre has advertised 09 vacancies for the post of Staff Nurse, 01 vacancy for the post of Technician (Radio-Diagnosis) and 02 vacancies for the post of OT Technician. Except for the post of Staff Nurse, the vacancies for the Technician posts will be filled up on a contractual basis.
Selected candidates are to be paid a monthly consolidated salary. Staff Nurses are paid Rs 23000 per month as salary. For the post of Technician (Radio-Diagnosis), the monthly consolidated salary is in the range of Rs 20000 to Rs 25000. On the other hand, for the post of OT Technician, the monthly consolidated salary is in the range of Rs 12000 to Rs 18000.
TMC Staff Nurse & Technician Recruitment 2020 Official Notification
The vacancies are to be filled up by candidates who are within the age limit of 30 years. Candidates who have a General Nursing & Midwifery plus Diploma in Oncology Nursing qualification with 2 years experience in a 50 bedded hospital can appear for recruitment to the post of Staff Nurse. Candidates who have a Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing qualification with 2 years of experience in a similar hospital is also eligible to appear in the interview for recruitment to the post of Staff Nurse. The qualifications must be recognized by the INC or State Nursing Councils. Applicants must be registered with IBC or any State Nursing Council. All candidates must have completed the Hepatitis vaccination. Those who have Diploma in Nursing Oncology will further be eligible for 5 years relaxation on the upper age limit.
For the post of Radio-Diagnosis Technician, candidates who have a B.Sc. in Radiological Imaging Technology or B.Sc./B.Pharm degree with 2 years DMIT qualification can apply. Such candidates must have at least 01 years experience/internship in a large hospital with experience in CT and MRI. Those who have completed Class 12 (Science) and have experience in ICU/OT in the role of Technician, Respiratory Therapist can apply for the post of OT Technician. Candidates who have passed 1-year course in OT/ICU are preferred for this post.
Intending candidates have to directly appear in the interview along with their Bio-Data, original documents, self-attested copies of all documents, PAN Card (along with photocopy) and copies of recent passport-sized photographs.
