SSC GD Cut-off
SSC is expected to compile the final merit list for GD Constable on the basis of the category cut-off marks compiled by them. The merit list usually comprises the name of candidates in the decreasing order of marks scored. This also makes the next round shortlisting process easier for the commission.
As per reports, this time the cut-off marks for SSC GD Constable shall be on a higher side owing to fewer vacancies and a high number of test-takers. The cut-off marks for unreserved candidates is expected to fall between 72 to 75 marks, for EWS candidates the range could be 69-72 marks. OBC category students can assume the cut-off marks between 68-71 and for SC/ST category the cut-off marks can be between 55-60 marks.
The successful candidates shall be called to appear in the next round of the recruitment process i.e. PET or PST round. In this round, aspirants have to qualify in a lot of activities such as running, high jump, long jump, etc the parameters of which have been pre-determined by the commission.
