The SSC GD Constable notification was announced to be out on March 25, 2021. However, due to some unarticulated reasons, SSC postponed the notification release date. The notification was said to be released in the first week of May 2021. However, due to COVID-19, the Commission again postponed the release date for SSC GD Constable notification.

There have been reports that SSC is planning to release the SSC GD Constable notification in June 2021. Speculations have been made that the detailed notification will be out on June 15, 2021.
