Staff Selection Commission has released an important notice regarding the release of SSC GD admit card 2021. It stated that owing to certain reasons the application of some candidates have been rejected and no admit cards will be issued to them. The notice was released on October 26, 2021, and can be accessed only on the official website, ssc.nic.in.
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is going to conduct the examination for the recruitment of a total of 25271 posts of Constables in various forces and Riflemen in Assam Rifles. As per the exam calendar released by the commission earlier, the Tier 1 exam for SSC GD Constable is going to commence from November 16 to December 15, 2021.
With this notice being out, it is now expected that the SSC GD admit card is going to be announced in the coming days. Candidates are advised to keep a tab on the official website for all the latest updates regarding the same.
The notice has mentioned some of the reasons citing which application forms for candidates have been rejected by the concerned authorities. Candidates can check the two major conditions that lead to this rejection in the space below:
- Those who have not uploaded their prescribed photograph as per the rules listed or have entered wrong details while uploading their photograph
- If the application form lacks any vital detail or is incomplete in any way, then it has been rejected by the commission
Earlier, the commission has released the application status for the candidates on the official portal. This application status has notified if the commission has accepted the application forms for the applicants or not. Only those application forms that have been accepted shall stand a chance to download the SSC GD admit card 2021.
SSC GD Tier 1 exam is held as a computer-based test and has 100 questions from four subjects in total. There are 25 questions each from General intelligence and reasoning, General knowledge and general awareness, Elementary mathematics and Hindi/English. The candidates get 90 minutes to solve the complete paper. The commission has removed the prescribed negative marking for the wrong answers and 1 mark shall be awarded for each correct answer.
After completion of the CBT, the candidates shall become eligible for the PST(Physical Standard Test) and PET (Physical Efficiency Test). Once they successfully pass these two rounds, they shall stand a chance to find their name in the final merit list.
