Staff Selection Commission is going to release the SSC CGL result 2021 on December 31, 2021. The candidates can check the result for CGL tier 1 2020 on the official website of the commission, ssc.nic.in. Along with this, the commission has also announced the tentative result dates for the other exams i.e. SSC CHSL, junior engineer, SSC SI, junior Hindi translator as well.
The candidates can check the SSC CGL tier 1 2020 result by downloading the result cum marks from the official website. After this, they need to cross-check the same using the registration or roll number.
Earlier, this month, the commission also released the SSC CGL tier 1 answer key on the official website. The SSC CGL tier 1 2020 exam was conducted from August 13 to 24, 2021. The last date to submit objections against the same was September 07, 2021. The commission is expected to release the final answer key for the same soon.
Along with the result date of SSC CGL, the date schedule also comprise the result date for other exams. The CHSL 2018 final result, CHSL 2019 tier 2, PET result for Sub Inspector in Delhi Police and CAPFs examination 2020 is going to release on September 30, 2021. Similarly, the final result for Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator and Senior Hindi Translator Examination 2020 and Constable Male and Female in Delhi Police Examination-2020 is going to be announced on October 31, 2021.
The tier 1 result for CHSL, 2020 and the Junior Engineer, 2019 paper 2 results are going to release on November 30, 2021.
The SSC CGL tier 1 result is compiled by keeping a lot of factors in mind i.e. difficulty level of the exam, normalisation factor, average performance of the candidates, vacancies available etc. The candidates who successfully clear the first phase are called to appear in the SSC CHSL tier 2 exam.
The SSC CGL tier 2 exam has two subjects, Mathematics, English Language, Statistics and General Studies. The first two subjects are compulsory for all the students however the last two papers are optional. The candidates who have opted for assistant audit officer and junior statistical officer opt for paper 3 and paper 4. Each subject accounts for 200 marks and is held for a duration of 2 hours. There is a prescribed negative marking of 1/4th of total marks per question in the SSC CGL tier 2.
The SSC CGL Tier 3 is an offline descriptive paper held for a duration of 60 minutes for 100 marks. While the SSC Tier 4 is a skill test that is qualifying in nature and the candidates who successfully complete all the levels get the chance for appointment on the basis of the marks scored by them.
