JEE Main Result 2021

SRM Institute of Science and Technology is going to conduct the SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE) 2021 Phase II from tomorrow, June 29, 30 and July 01, 2021. The exam shall be conducted through the Online Remote Proctored (ORP) format, as done in case of Phase I.  To help candidates get accustomed to the new exam mode, institute authorities conducted a mock test on June 26 and 27, 2021. Candidates who have appeared for this mock test using the Safe Exam Browser (SEB) shall be permitted to write the actual exam tomorrow. With less than 12 hours remaining for the SRMJEEE 2021 Phase II exam, here are some last-minute tips to prepare for the entrance test.

#1 Check whether the device is functioning properly.

Candidates appearing for tomorrow’s exam have presumably revised and revisited the syllabus coming for the exam. Now, what matters is to ensure that the exam goes by smoothly without any technical errors. For this, aspirants must keep the laptop or desktop ready. They must ensure that their device is working smoothly and keep a backup device ready, in case of any untimely system errors. Candidates must also make sure to install the SEB (if not done already) and keep their laptop fully charged.

#2 Ensure that the internet connection is stable.

Along with a compatible device, stable internet connection is another important aspect to appear for any ORP examination. SRMJEEE 2021 Phase II is no exception to this understanding. Candidates must make sure that their Wi-Fi is consistently working. They must also keep their mobile data and hotspot switched on to prevent any connectivity problems beforehand. Also, the device must be partnered with the mobile hotspot beforehand.

#3 Revise all the formulae necessary for the SRMJEEE 2021 Phase II exam.

Now that all the technical requirements are taken care of, candidates must use the remaining few hours revising their notes or formulae. Physics and Mathematics formulae as well as Chemistry reactions have a huge role to play in the SRMJEEE 2021 Phase II exam. However, rather than full-fledged revision, quicker glances through the prepared notes is more ideal. This way, candidates can revise their syllabus faster without any tension looming int their mind.

#4 Keep all the required documents ready.

On the night before the SRMJEEE 2021 Phase II exam, candidates must keep their Admit Card and Photo ID ready. Admit card can be downloaded from the official website srmist.edu.in. This document will contain the login credentials for the entrance exam. Candidates who had appeared for the SRMJEEE 2021 Phase II mock test will have their login credentials recorded on SEB. Just for reference however, the credentials are also mentioned din the hall ticket.

SRMJEEE 2021 Phase II exam is being conducted by the SRM Institute of Science and Technology to admit students to various B.Tech. programmes. Candidates who qualify this exam shall be needed to appear for the counselling process and document verification to confirm the admission.
