The State Health Society, Bihar (SHSB) is all set to release the admit cards for the ANM examination today, i.e. October 09, 2021. A total of 8583 vacancies for the post of Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) will be filled through this recruitment exam. As per various sources, the admit cards will be out in the afternoon at statehealthsocietybihar.org. Candidates who have registered for the examination can visit the official website and download the admit cards as and when they are released.
An SMS regarding the availability of the SHSB Bihar ANM admit card 2021 has also been sent to the candidates in their registered mobile number. The upcoming examination will be for a total of 100 marks while the duration of the same will be 02 hours. Candidates will be asked 20 questions of 01 mark each from General Knowledge, 20 questions of 01 mark each from Analytical Ability, 20 questions of 01 mark each from Numerical Ability and 20 questions of 02 marks each from Technical. Hence, a total of 80 questions will be asked for the examination. However, there will be no negative marking in the examination.
The category-wise minimum qualifying marks for the CBT is 40% for the General category, 36.5% for the Backward class, 34% for the extremely backward class and 32% for SC, ST, women and disabled candidates. Candidates who will finally be selected for SHSB Bihar 2021 ANM will receive a monthly salary of Rs 11,500.
The entire selection for the vacancies will be on the basis of the computer-based test (CBT). There will be no interview sessions for this recruitment. Candidates who will qualify for the CBT will be called for document verification. As a result, the final merit list will be prepared as per the obtained marks and the reservation category of the candidates. However, if two candidates secure equal marks, then their position in the merit list will be determined according to their seniority, i.e. the candidate who is senior in age will be given a higher position. But, in case two candidates securing the same marks have the same date of birth, then their position in the merit list will be determined by the higher educational qualification.
Notwithstanding these criteria, the candidates’ positions will be determined as per the English alphabetical order of their names as per the class 10 board certificate. On the day of document verification, candidates must carry a copy of the filled application form, five passport-size photos, photo ID proof, original certificate and marksheet of matriculation level, all educational qualification documents, work experience certificate, etc.
